PERSONAL DATA

As part of the entering into of an agreement on the purchase of glass walls and doors, Skandi-Bo A/S processes a number of general personal data (name, address, email etc.) concerning you, and under the General Data Protection Regulation we must therefore give you some information:

Skandi-Bo A/S is the so-called “data controller”. Our contact information is:

We process your information for the purpose of being able to provide quotations, order confirmations and invoice you as customer in connection with contract work.

As mentioned, we only process general information about you.

The processing is made under point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as the processing of information is necessary to perform the above contract/agreement. Also, the processing is made under point (f) of Article 6(1), as the processing is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the contract work for you.

Your personal data will be disclosed to sub-contractors, public authorities, advisers of relevance to a given contract/agreement, for the purpose of realising the agreement with you.

For the purpose of performing the agreement with you, Skandi-Bo A/S collects general personal data about you from Tryg Garanti A/S.

At present, Skandi-Bo A/S cannot say for how long we will store your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will take into account relevance and time limitation when we are to determine for how long your information will be stored.

We point out to you that you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to the personal data which Skandi-Bo A/S processes about you:

• The right to access (the right to see information about you)
• The right to request rectification or deletion (correction).
• The right to request restriction of the processing and to object to the processing.
• The right to object
• The right to data portability (transmission of information)

You have the option of submitting a complaint to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), Borgergade 28, 5., DK-1300 Copenhagen K, if you think that Skandi-Bo A/S does not process your personal data in compliance with the data protection rules.
